Greater Expectations for Minot (GEM) is a citizens’ group dedicated to making the community of Minot a better place to live. We have all chosen to make Minot our home. Some of us have moved out of state and returned. Some of us have moved here from other communities. Some of us have lived here all our lives. No matter what our backgrounds, we share a common bond in our belief that Minot is a great place to live and work.
We as a group would like to have the same opportunities for our families and our businesses that our parents and grandparents had when they first settled in this community. We want our community to grow so that our children and grandchildren will have the option to remain here and enjoy the high quality of life Minot has to offer.
