Core Beliefs
- It is our responsibility to focus attention on providing the best educational system for our youth, a thriving business economy to provide career opportunities for business owners and the work force, continuously improving the quality of life for everyone.
- We believe economic incentives designed to recruit and entice expansion of businesses in the greater Minot area resulting in new career opportunities are a sound investment in Minot’s future.
- We support institutions in the competitive business of higher education. Specifically, Minot State University is one of our community’s most valuable resources and we strive to enhance the strong relationship between the university and community.
- The Minot Air Force Base provides our community, and region with a substantial economic impact, social diversity and military presence. Understanding that importance to our community, we plan to actively participate in the retention and expansion efforts of that facility.
